- How often I should listen to the Healthy Weight Loss CD to gain optimum results?

- The more we go in and out of trance the better, so in addition to listening to the CD you may want to take time to just daydream and envision the parts that were especially important for you. This takes less time and reinforces the suggestions in the CD.
- Listen to it daily for a few days then notice the changes in your behavior. If you are doing well in your goals, listen weekly, I if you find you need more support, then listen more often.
- After I recorded the CD I ate really healthy and exercised well for 3 days. Then I began to wander back to old habits and needed to hear it again.

Q. I feel resistance to doing the meditation. What do I do?
A. When you first begin to run this energy (your own Higher Energy) it can feel uncomfortable in your body. Go slowly and let the feeling of the Light become more comfortable.
Q. How often to I have to do the CD to get results.
A. It is good to do the first 12 minutes daily for 21 days to build up to the Light energy and to learn how to do it by yourself.
The second track, the 44 minute, is good to do at least once when you are awake, but later you can put it on as you fall to sleep. Clearing other’s energy from your system can create healings in your body.
