How Can I Love More and Care Less?

October 12, 2015 by @candesscampbell

Sometimes your intuition is clear and you choose not to follow it. You may meet someone and find yourself attracted to them, but your gut clearly says no! Your head reminds you of past relationships where your feelings were similar and you jumped anyway only to be hurt.

We all want to have happy, loving relationships and creating and sustaining them is difficult.

There is the Law of Attraction.

Is there a Law of Detachment?

Here is what Abraham-Hicks has to say about Love!

Use Intuition to heal your Pain

October 11, 2015 by @candesscampbell

Sometimes you find yourself irritable and resistant, and then you create issues with whoever shows up in your life. Of course you don’t believe it is you who is creating the issue. “It was the other car that pulled out in front of me,” or “it wasn’t me who didn’t pay back the loan.”

What often happens is something that is upsetting you right now, may not have upset you last week or wouldn’t tomorrow. It is what is going on with you right now that shines your current perspective on the situation and leaves you upset.

That was my day yesterday. I was irritated by everything – my new dishwasher didn’t wash as well as the old one, the current deadline was sneaking up on the previous one and I didn’t want to work on Saturday anyway!

Spokane River

What happens is anger (frustration, irritation, etc.) covers up pain and fear. It wasn’t until I was watched a recording of “Live from New York” about Saturday Night Live that I became clear on what was happening. There was a scene of the World Trade Center’s north tower collapsing and all of the sudden I was in tears. Even then the tears were more surface and I knew there was something deeper that needed to be released. It was late and I wasn’t ready to unleash these feelings right before I went to bed, but promised myself I would journal in the morning. I knew what was brewing below.

This morning the sadness lingered and I understood that it was time for me to journal. When you don’t address feelings they become buried alive and eventually come up as some form of anger, depression or may even create illness. My tendency is to “clear” with someone when there is an unresolved issue, but it’s not always possible. Sometimes when you try to talk with someone they don’t listen and talk over you, they can’t grasp what you are saying, it is not safe to talk with them because they are aggressive or maybe the person is just toxic and you don’t want to be around them any longer.

What I do in this case is I write a letter to the person in my journal and, of course, don’t send it to them. Journaling is a way to connect with your intuition. When you journal, often a part of you comes through that guides you or gives you comfort. Although I wish I had noticed my irritability was covering pain earlier so I didn’t spend so much time in resistance, I am so happy I wrote this letter in my journal.

In my writing I was redirected to journal, meditate, and eat healthy and go for a walk. During my walk with Domingo along the Spokane River I used another tool of mine. I focused in my heart and felt gratitude as I listed in my mind all of my blessings.

Enjoy this Soul Stem journal process!

7 Steps to Intuitive Healing

October 9, 2015 by @candesscampbell

Don’t try to comprehend with your mind.

Your minds are very limited.

Use your intuition.

Madeleine L’Engle, A Wrinkle in Time

When you hear the words intuitive healing, what comes to mind? Many people are searching today for information, healing, and guidance. Although I am an intuitive healer and reader, my focus is empowering others to use their own intuitive abilities.

Intuitive healing can happen on many levels. You can receive a healing on a spiritual, mental, emotional or physical level. These levels are all related, but illness begins in the etheric field (the energetic field around the body) before it happens on the physical level. Therefore it is important to take steps to heal on all levels.

Intuitive healing has a deep connection to the heart. You have a gentle, loving voice inside that guides you. This voice is a quiet voice and does not fight with or try to overcome the voice of the ego or the other voices within. Often we carry within a voice of a parent or authority figure. In psychology this is called an interject. It is important to discern between the voice that is coming from your intuition and the others.

Some refer to this inner voice as their Higher Self, their Guardian Angel, their Internal Coach or many other names. Whatever you call it is fine. Just know you are a reflection of the Divine and this voice is your connection to your own Divine Light. This Intuitive Voice is quiet and it guides you in many ways. It can also work with your intellectual or analytic mind when you are able to calm the constant mind chatter.  The Intuitive Voice has access to Oneness and when you learn to hear and understand, you will begin to feel peace.

There are several ways to begin to hear your Intuitive Voice and to heal yourself on many levels.

Step 1.  Be Still

Take time several times a day to stop and close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Scan your body from the top of your head down to your toes and just notice. Pay attention to any sensations and just notice. Be present in your body. Your body feels safe and you heal when you are consciously present in your body.

Step 2. Allow Yourself to Fall into Trance

You have a natural ability to heal and come into balance when you allow yourself to fall into trance. Just as when you dream, you have “ultradian rhythms” while you are awake.  You may notice yourself falling into trance when you are at a stop sign or when you are washing dishes. This daydreaming or spacing out regulates your mind and body and allows you to access your Intuitive Voice without effort. Honor the natural rhythm of your body. This is a vital part of self-healing.

Step 3. Notice Your Beliefs and Self-talk

Your beliefs are attitudes, viewpoints, ideas, thoughts, values, perceptions and more. They are not the truth, but how you organize your view to make sense of the world and give it meaning.  Notice your beliefs and what beliefs hold you back from having your desired life. Notice your self-talk.

When your self-talk and beliefs are negative your whole mind/body/spirit responds with a loss of energy and you attract to yourself negative life experiences. You can increase positive beliefs and self-talk and allow yourself to be more open to hearing your Intuitive Voice and receiving healing on all levels.

Step 4. Listen with Your Body

Your body is an incredible intuitive receiver. In order to heal fully and receive intuitive messages, you need to be aware and listen within. Your intuition can come through images, dreams, sounds, gut feelings, a sense of knowing, hearing or sensing. In the beginning, it is common to receive messages through your gut feeling. Once this happens ask yourself “what does this mean?” You may or may not get an answer, but it is important to use your gut as a tool.  If you begin to do something and your gut alerts you, know it has to do with what you were doing or thinking. Last week I was going to go downtown Spokane and have dinner, a movie and listen to a friend play music. As I began to get ready I felt a sense of alertness and I heard a voice inside my head saying the word “alarm!” I had no idea what was happening, but the sense of alarm would not stop. Having had many experiences with my intuition, I knew to listen. I made the decision to stay home that night and the alarm ceased. Now, I could try to guess at what might have happened, but instead, I just affirmed myself for listening and went on. The more you listen to your Intuitive Voice, the more it shows up for you and the easier it is to hear.

Step 5: Access Your Self-Healing Energy

We all have subtle energy around us and we can use this energy to heal. Have you ever stubbed your toe and noticed when you put your hand on your toe it felt better. When you have been in pain has the healing touch of a loved one made a difference. You have this natural healing energy within you and you are a powerful healer. Tap into your body’s subtle energy and feel the energy in your hands when you put them on a loved one. You are surrounded by a colorful energy field that comes from the chakras in the center of your body. Take a moment to rub your hands together and then put them together palm to palm. Pull them away from each other gently and feel the powerful energy you have in your hands. This is your healing energy. The more you use it, the stronger it becomes.

Step 6: Practice Accessing Your Intuition

The best ways to access your intuition are through Meditation and through Viewing.  With meditation you are able to quiet your mind and allow your Intuitive Voice to come through. This can happen either during the meditation or you can journal for a few minutes afterward and just let your intuition come through.  Another way is to View. Viewing can be by being in your heart or the center of your head and imaging a white screen. On the screen allow yourself to see images and when they appear you can ask what they mean and just receive. You can also use Remote Viewing where you close your eyes and you can move through time and space. You can go into the past, the present or into the future. With remote viewing you can see someone at a great distance.  This is often used by medical intuitives to help diagnose illness.

Step 7: Listen to Your Dreams

Your dreams are the place of Intuition. You receive symbolic images, messages and gain ideas and receive answers to your questions. You have access to the whole collective unconscious. Whether you remember them or not, you have between seven to nine dreams per night. This is during the REM state, where you have access to information and healing you cannot access in the daytime. Your dreams are a way that your Intuitive Self communicates with you! When you begin to honor your dreams and listen, they will show up for you more fully and guide you.  There are many guides to dream work, and what I recommend is Realities of the Dreaming Mind by Sivananda Swami Radha. It is helpful to have paper and pen by your bed to collect your dreams as soon as you awake. They tend to fly away until you train yourself to catch them.

These seven steps can help you to be guided by your Intuitive Voice and create healing on all levels of your being. You cannot increase your intuition with your mind, but can access it through your heart. You must allow it to happen through ongoing gentle practice. Use the tools daily and validate your experience of Intuitive Healing.

Receive 4 Ways to Develop your Clairvoyance!

Near Death Experience

October 8, 2015 by @candesscampbell

It is common to not feel safe enough to be public about your gifts of intuition.  So often people who don’t understand are critical and attacking. When I have taught classes in Clairvoyance, what has happened is when people come together in a class and share, they begin to remember the abilities they had as children. They share with each other and validate their intuitive ability.

Too often when you are surrounded by people who are not very sensitive, you begin to doubt your own ability and give up your intuitive awareness. If you don’t give it up in your immediate family, you may choose to stop listening because your friends taunt you. This is a form of bullying.

Reading at the Mind, Body, Spirit Festival in Spokane.

My experience is I had a head injury from a fall from a truck when I was 14 years old. I was in a coma for two weeks and the priest had performed “last rights” over me. I had a Near Death Experience (NDE) and when I met with St. Germaine in the tunnel, he told me I had to go back. He said I wasn’t done yet. It took me a long time to recover. The next year my brain injury kept me from my usual ability to think. I had to use my intuition to maneuver through my day. This is like immersion training for developing psychic ability. It took several more years before I realized that not everyone used this psychic ability. Over the years I studied meditation and learned about intuition and began to own my ability and to share about it. I found there were many like me who were aware of their intuition but afraid to share.

Think about times when you were young that you “knew” something and followed your intuition. Talk to friends about this. It is a gift that needs to be nurtured to come back alive.

Claircognizance is “Clear Knowing”

October 7, 2015 by @candesscampbell

When you are in the process of developing your intuition, you can become aware of your Claircognizance.  This is when you just know something!  This information may be coming from your Higher Self or you may be tapping into the Collective Unconscious. Rather than Higher Self, Abraham-Hicks uses the concept Vibrational Representation of Yourself. Given that my work is all about Energy, I love it!

Over the years I have noticed that one difference between someone such as myself who works as a clairvoyant, and others, is, I listen to this voice. Be careful not to “intellectually over-ride” the information you get. If you are not sure, give yourself some time and use your other intuitive senses as well.

Many people who have this type of clairvoyance doubt the information they get because they think everybody gets this information.  Begin to write down the information and practice listening to what you know.

Examples of this are listed below.

  • You meet someone and already know details about them.
  • You have information about a current event that you didn’t read or hear about.
  • You had an idea for a business plan or a book and didn’t follow up on it and someone else created the plan and became successful.
  • You lose your keys and can close your eyes and see where they are.
  • One that happens for me is when I watch detective shows or read mystery novels, I usually quickly know “who did it.”

In your journal list what you know to be true without external information. Begin to listen to your inner thoughts. Make notes of the information you get during meditation. Also, watch when you doubt yourself and note when you find that you were right.

Clairsentience is “Clear Feeling”

October 6, 2015 by @candesscampbell

This month the focus is on assisting you in developing your Intuition by exploring Clairsentience, Clairaudience, Claircognizance and Clairvoyance.

Clairsentience comes from your feelings and physical sensations.  You will often notice this sense in your solar plexus (your gut.) When you decide to begin to develop this sense,  slow down and notice how you feel in certain situations. Choose one full day to be aware of when you get an unusual sensation in your gut or you get a sense to move in one direction or another.

meditation

You probably can remember a time when your “gut” told you not to enter into a relationship or a job and you did it anyway. Later you regretted it.  These opportunities allow you do have faith and learn to listen to your inner guidance.  Listening to the inner guidance is a direct connection to your Higher Self.

Using a journal is especially helpful.  List some times when you did or didn’t listen to this “gut feeling.” This will help you to develop it even more!

Your third chakra is also in your solar plexus. Read about the excess and deficiencies in your chakra in order to bring yourself into balance.
