Grounding and Running Earth Energy

    I love the sense of calm and control I felt after doing this Candess. It’s such a good exercise to clear your head and be centred. Your cat’s efforts to try and upstage you again only added to the joy of this. Thank you.

    Managing stress can be difficult! Thank you for giving us the tools to calm our nerves and soothe our minds as well as our bodies. Your suggestions and exercises are so much better than medication!

    These are such easy exercises to do, Candess! I love that they take a short amount of time, yet have such calming and centring effect. Thanks for sharing, as we all can use some ways to refocus and rebalance in times of stress. And the world seems to be increasingly stressful these days too.

    Eeeeek.. were you talking to me? lmao I am so reactive… and then I usually calm down.. but sometimes by that time the “damage” has been done.. in that I have wasted time and energy getting worked up over something I don’t have control over.. and it’s irritating.. if I only had control… I think, that it would work better!

      Kristen, practicing neutrality has been so helpful for me! It is usually family that we react to the most and this practice has kept me from “pole-vaulting over mouse turds” so many times!

    I have a hard time letting go of things I can’t control sometimes. Remaining neutral would definitely be something that I need to work on.

    Stress, stress, stress! This is a part of the daily living of people. Sometimes, I am thinking that those who live in remote areas are more luckier because they do not have much things to worry about. I remember being in one in the northern most part of the Philippines. The people seemed more happier as they are surrounded by natural beauty, more community oriented and they have more time on their hands.
