Thanks for this tip Candess. Good enough you listened to your gut and took the other way even though it was longer. I sometimes have this inner feeling telling me not to do something and I must agree with you that most of the time it is helpful.

Listening to my gut always serves me right. They don’t call it a gut feeling for nothing.

So true Sonya. There are so many people in the media today that take about listening to their gut. I love it!
Jennifer Quisenberry says
I’ve found that my gut knows where to tak e me. I don’t always want to listen to it as it’s often in opposition to something that I want, but I am trying to get better at listening to it like you.

Keeping a notepad or journal was really helpful in the beginning for me. I imagine you will notice more now!

love your video. Of course the message is so important to all of us. Over the last few months I have been practicing this diligently. If I have scheduled a project for a day and I get a funny feeling about it, I scrap the project for that time. Sometimes I never get back to it but more often the right time presents itself at a later date.
candesscampbell says
Alene, doesn’t that make your life so much simpler. I love how much time it saves. There are times too that I don’t get clear information because my ego is too involved. Those times I call an intuitive friend and get help. And of course, that is what I do for my clients.

Great message and great reminder. I am very good at listening to my gut – so much so – that some may think I have random ideas. I know they aren’t random, and others will just never get it until they listen to their gut
candesscampbell says
So happy you already listen to your gut. When others begin to listen to their gut, they’ll realize how easy it becomes!

Candess,
Great message. And I love the way you used video to share it. I prefer to watch a video rather than reading a post. Thanks for sharing!
Kayla says
Such useful information. I know I feel much healthier and have more energy when I’m listening to my gut!
Brenda Niemeyer says
It’s so important to trust your gut. Great message!
Marie Leslie says
Learning to trust yourself and listen to your gut will never lead you wrong. I cannot think of a time when I listened that I regretted it–but I certainly can think of a few when I didn’t listen and it didn’t go so well.
candesscampbell says
Isn’t that the truth Marie. Thanks for watching the video and posting!
Jill Musser says
Thanks for this journal suggestion, a good way to be more focused on intuition!
Carol Rundle says
Listening to that still, small voice of God’s spirit within always leads us in the right way. One time, I was headed to my chiropractor’s office but felt that, no, I should go straight home. I went home. Later that day, I went out to go to the chiropractor’s office and my car battery was dead. If I had gone to the chiropractor earlier, my car would be dead there instead of at home.

I love this story. For those who are not as aware of how to discern their intuition, this is the kind of story that helps. Thanks Carol.

Too many of us really don’t listen to our gut.. it is intuition and we really need to. Super tips… thanks for the reaffirmation!
Lorii Abela says
That can sometimes be a challenge particularly if the focus is either on the past or the future – the mind is wandering. Consciousness at the present moment is the key.
