 October 8th: Venus enters Virgo at 10:30 am PDT. The New Moon in Virgo quickly conjoins Venus and Mars in the detailed & practical sign of Virgo as the autumn harvest arrives increasing standards of performance and deliveries.
 
October 9th: Mercury turns direct in Libra at 7:58am PDT.  Transiting Mercury steps forward in the sign of Libra after 22 degrees in retrograde helping the global village adapt to the 2015 autumn season.
 
October 12th: New Moon in Libra at 5:06 pm PDT. The first New Moon of autumn is in close opposition to Uranus in Aries indicating changes and uncertainty in the month ahead. October’s New Moon in Libra also aligns in a 150 degree aspect to Chiron in Pisces placing emphasis on health and wellness between now and November’s New Moon in Scorpio.

October 23rd: Sun enters Scorpio at 10:47 am PDT. The Sun makes its annual pilgrimage through the clandestine sign of Scorpio under a cloak of secrecy associated with behind the scenes activities associated with politics and international stock market manipulations.
 
October 27th: Full Moon in Taurus/Scorpio at 5:05 am PDT. The Full Moon of October  2015 aligns in close aspect to transiting Saturn in Sagittarius and the September 27th Total Lunar Eclipse bringing adjustments and completions to those with chart angles or planets between one to seven degrees in their natal charts.

It is great when you begin to understand you have a system within that alerts you and guides you in decision making. It is called your intuition. There are four ways to develop your clairvoyance.

  • Clairaudience (clear hearing)
  • Claircognizance (clear knowing)
  • Clairsentience (clear sensing)
  • Clairvoyance (clear seeing)

A while back my friend and previous assistant Marc was in town. He had moved to New Delhi and created his own business Prospus and contacted me when he was here to visit family. We planned to meet at Starbucks near the Northtown Mall. As I started driving through downtown Spokane to meet him, I had a sense in my gut (Clairsentience) and decided to pull over and check my phone. There was a message from Marc telling me he would rather meet me at Starbucks downtown. Well, I was 2 minutes from there and so happy that my intuition guided me to check my message. This saved me 40 minutes of driving time!

The Diamond Cutter

Collaboration has been my word for 2015 and I have been practicing creating projects with others. I find that my style of communication is direct and my perfectionism is showing up. I am highly detailed oriented and highly present (partially my training as a counselor) and this year I am realizing that where others see a pine tree, I see each needle and pine cone.

My Soul Group is reading The Diamond Cutter: The Buddha on Managing your Business and your Life. In Chapter 7 the authors give 47 business problems and their solutions. The solutions are always an “imprint” that the business owner has that creates this problem. This belief is in alignment with what I hold to be true. What is happening in our lives is a reflection of ourselves.

Diamond CutterOne of the shorter examples from the book I can share (its more extensive in the book) is “Business problem #34. People around you are unreliable. You give them a job, and you’re never quite sure if they’re going to come through for you. The Solution here is . . . “the main actions you can take to assure yourself the perception (and therefore the reality) of reliability in the staff around you is for you to be constant and dependable in a very specific context: in your marriage or similar family commitments. It’s not fashionable nowadays to talk much about this kind of reliability, but according to the law of the potential in things and the imprints of our actions, this is one of the most important steps we can take in assuring stability in our personal and business lives.”

This book is really helping me practice what I believe. There is so much blaming of others, but the greatest changes come from making changes in myself.

Wayne Dyer as a Spiritual Guide

Join with me in connecting with Wayne Dyer on the other side and sending blessings to his family. He passed on August 30th and will be missed by so many.

What a great loss for us on earth and what an incredible Spiritual Guide he will be on the other side. I remember taking a Hay House cruise to Alaska when I was finishing my doctorate in 2009. I brushed by Wayne as I walked through some vendors and got goose bumps. His energy was incredible and he was such an inspiration.

We love you and all you have gifted us with Wayne.

Abraham-Hicks Allowing

On my walk along the Spokane River this morning, I was listening to Abraham-Hick’s talk about “allowing.”

Spokane RiverI really enjoyed the way they used the concept of Vibrational Representation of Myself. This part of yourself can also be called your Higher Self, Inner Self, Divine Self, Creative Guidance or many other terms.

A few years ago sitting in my office meditating before I received a client, I got what I refer to as a “download.” A download is information coming clearly from my Higher Self. I immediately understood that I didn’t need to go into so much effort on a physical level, but rather could create from my Higher Self. Once I got that information, I began practicing connecting with that part of myself and creating at that level.

Now I see it is more about allowing from my Higher Self, or the Vibrational Representation of myself.

This is of course a practice and another practice that is so powerful is that of Gratitude. Enjoy this great audio. If you have a smart phone you can find it on youtube and listen while you walk!
